Terms of Service

This site is dedicated to Hoosiers helping Hoosiers learn about and be engaged with the environment around them. The site is a free service designed to provide easy access to Web 2.0 technologies and is geared toward giving individuals and groups a forum to learn and post information about environmental issues affecting communities in Indiana.

Groups will be created as requests are received or as the site administrator determines the need. IDEM reserves the right of refusal for creation of a group should the request be deemed inappropriate for this venue or not following the guidelines established for this site. User member accounts may be suspended or terminated and access to the site blocked should the site administrators determine or receive reports of inappropriate actions, postings, language or behavior by a user. Please refer to the user agreement or the site FAQs for details.
